Previously, Mr. Ratcliffe was the founding owner and managing director of Effective Case Management Ltd (ECM), a UK professional services company specialising in providing document management for the UK legal profession since 1999.

Mr Ratcliffe is bringing his staff and years of experience with ECM to Epiq Systems to expand the combined service offerings for full lifecycle support of e-disclosure, litigation and financial transactions. ECM has a long standing reputation for high quality support services including scanning, coding and digital image printing.

His arrival at Epiq is a natural progression of the close working cooperative relationship the two companies have established over the past several years.
