The ECM team possess over 20 years of experience and has worked on many of the UK's large high-profile litigation cases. Since its inception, ECM has invested heavily in the training of its team to provide a high calibre of customer service with consultation and interaction prior to and throughout the lifetime of a project.A dedicated project coordinator is assigned to each client project to provide a consistent avenue of informed communication to our client. Consequently, clients remain fully in control of their documents and are assured that their project is being handled in accordance with their wishes at all times.
